Expressing your full potential, unearthing your own light (that is, Be Be Lux!) – it goes without saying – cannot be separated from the balance between mind and body and the strengthening of the latter with skillful and targeted exercises. The Be Be Lux team encompasses twelve highly qualified teachers, who take care of the students seven days a week, both in the studio and at home, including open-air sessions at some of Forte’s most prestigious seaside resorts.

Teaching Pilates is like a blank canvas on which the lesson is painted, drawing from a repertoire of encoded exercises ranging from toning to strengthening the muscles, from postural improvement to nurturing the body’s elasticity, cancelling out any discomfort or ailment rooted in inactivity.
Pilates is suitable for everyone at Be Be Lux, but Barre Pilates can be practiced here too, a full body workout at high intensity, designed for students who already have good muscle structure. Truly outstanding aesthetic outcome can be achieved in fifty-five minutes. Joseph H. Pilates stated: “In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty you will see the difference, and in thirty you will have a new body”. What better way, then, to spend the free vacation hours?

From this year on, Be Be Lux also offers its students the opportunity to attend (1:1) live online sessions, thereby eliminating the time needed to get to the studio.
