A brand new restaurant, where contemporary cuisine pairs with classic and modern cocktails, on one of the most beautiful squares in the center of Pietrasanta. At our table outdoors, to the side of the cathedral of San Martino in the green swathe surrounding the Centauro by Polish sculptor Igor Mitoraj, or in one of the indoor dining rooms, where the decor is inspired by the Futurist aesthetic. The kitchen, too, is always on the move, concocting meat dishes (duck breast with cabbage rolls) and fish specialties (shellfish with grilled seasonal vegetables). The menu is short, listing artful incursions into Oriental techniques and exotic ingredients – lemongrass, ginger, lime – as, for example, in the modern cacciucco with fregula pasta. And to drink? One of the numerous gin-and-tonic variants as an alternative to an excellent natural or biodynamic wine. A lookout inspired by art, with a polyvalent soul that embraces both cocktails and fine cuisine for evenings that are always exciting.
