Versiliese Giulia and Spaniard Puchi have just wrapped up yet another trip to the Iberian Peninsula to better honor the anniversary, and they brought home a myriad of products and ideas. This has resulted in dishes and new labels enriching the menu we know well, all to be savored in the dining rooms or at the outdoor tables during warm summer evenings.

New entries include las gambas al ajillo in tapas style; then the mouthwatering Serrano ham croquetas, the exquisite ensaladilla, the carbonara iberica, the must-have paella mixta, marinera, with lobster or vegetable-only paella. For here the ritual of paella em- braces all tastes. A white sangria and an enjoyable Porto-based cocktails were also included in the wide selection of Italian and Spanish labels. And to celebrate the twentieth anniversary, be flabbergasted by the special edition of Gassa d’amante from Birrificio del Forte brewery.
