This is the promise of project Ulyssia. Unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024, it represents the collaboration of a Swiss company with the prestigious German shipbuilder Meyer Werft and acclaimed yacht designer and naval architect Espen Øino. Additionally, the yacht’s interior design features the distinctive touch of Francesca Muzio’s Italian FM architecture studio.
The result of this outstanding partnership is Ulyssia’s residential yacht. A 320-meter masterpiece comprising 132 exceptional private residences and 22 suites for guests and friends, complemented by exquisite five-star amenities: a fully equipped yacht club and dive center; a beauty spa, fitness facilities, and medical centers; numerous indoor and outdoor pools with terraces and sundecks; multiple restaurants, a signature wine cellar, a gourmet market; an art studio, cinema, theater, conference rooms, and an extensive library; padel and pickleball courts; a residents’ car, motorcycle, and bicycle garage, helicopters and a helicopter landing deck, high-speed electric tender boats…
Residences have been on the market since last March, with spokespersons indicating that 30% have already been allocated. Property prices vary between $10 million and $90 million, depending on their configuration and size, which range from a minimum of 113 sq m to a maximum of 982 sq m. Construction is scheduled to begin by September 2025, and delivery is anticipated in October 2028, no later than March 2029.
Ulyssia’s voyages will operate on a three-year schedule, visiting 40 to 60 countries annually and docking at about 90 yachting ports. These journeys include two main expeditions each year: one to the icy waters of the Arctic, Antarctic, or Greenland, and the other to warmer regions like Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, or the Pacific islands. Residents will have complete control over their itineraries, allowing them to embark or disembark from the yacht at any time and location worldwide. It’s entirely free and without boundaries… just like being in your home.
